In order to better support the use of container cranes, HXME has actively invested manpower and material resources in year 2018 to develop a new generation of rail-mounted container cranes used in back yard, and has developed a new type of critical gauge rail-mounted gantry crane of which the crane gauge is adjustable, and with patented technology. The crane rail has no gnawing or small shaking when the bogie is running, and has good rigidity. The new products were put into operation in year 2019 and year 2020 respectively, and were well received by clients. Since then, the products provided by HXME have covered almost all port machinery equipment, which enriched the company's product categories.
(1) Using HXME's patent technology that crane traveling mechanism and gantry structure is connected with built-in pin, and the bogie gauge of crane traveling mechanism is adjusted by bolts on the external support, which can facilitate the adjustment of the gauge of the bogie and avoid rail gnawing.
(2) The two-way variable cross-section design of the gantry legs minimizes the shaking when the crane is running on the rail.
(3) The high-voltage room is placed lower, which reduces the gravity center of the whole crane and facilitate smooth operation.
(4) The electrical room and high-voltage room are sealed by welding press plate, which makes it beautiful and well water-proof.
